The BornToSwim® Drag Suit is suitable for training because it increases water resistance. The swimsuit is made of high quality two-layer material - polyester MESH on the upper side and polyester on the inner side. They are chlorine resistant. They are not adhesive to the body, they are used over traditional swimwear and the water flowing between the layers increases the resistance when swimming. The swimwear is unisex, so it is suitable for men, women, boys and girls.
